Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism across all communication channels.

• Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant operational teams by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved satisfactorily and provide timely updates on complaint resolutions.

• Conduct verification calls to evaluate service quality and monitor the performance of operational teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role; fresh graduates meeting the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and data entry.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Prior experience with CRM software or other customer service applications will be considered an added advantage.
