Academic AI Program Lead

✔ Age: At least 22 years.

Knowledge & Experience

✔ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education technology, academic program management, curriculum development, or digital transformation.

✔ At least 2 years of experience leading school-wide or institution-wide technology, academic, or digital transformation initiatives.

✔ Basic understanding of web application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.

✔ Familiarity with implementing technology-driven solutions within academic or educational environments will be an advantage.

As part of its growing focus on AI-driven education and digital transformation, STS Group is seeking a proactive and innovative Academic AI Program Lead to lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives across its educational institutions.

Reporting To: Chief AI Officer, STS Group

Duties & Responsibilities

✔ Work as a key member of the central AI team to translate the Group's AI strategy into practical academic programs and initiatives across STS institutions.

✔ Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI use cases in teaching, learning, assessment, and other academic activities in collaboration with academic leadership.

✔ Integrate frontend applications and dashboards with RESTful APIs and backend services.

✔ Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using PHP, JavaScript, Python, and Django.

✔ Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable APIs to support AI-driven academic applications and digital solutions.

✔ Collaborate with academic and technology teams to implement AI-powered tools and solutions that improve teaching and learning outcomes.

✔ Monitor the effectiveness of AI initiatives and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and enhanced academic quality.

✔ Track and report measurable outcomes, including time saved, productivity improvements, implementation progress, and quality-related evidence to the Chief AI Officer.

✔ Support the continuous improvement and adoption of AI-based academic programs across STS institutions.

✔ Ensure AI solutions are implemented with appropriate attention to security, scalability, usability, and institutional requirements.

✔ Perform any other AI, technology, academic, or digital transformation-related duties assigned by the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and CEO.
