Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee meetings on production and quality management for the entire factory, including scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality, shipment, and merchandising issues.
  • Liaise with buyers on compliance, technical aspects, quality management, audits, and final inspections.
  • Identify and secure new buyers while managing development, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels, optimizing competitive pricing, and increasing profit margins.
  • Report monthly performance across all departments to the owner and top management.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of effective corrective actions to address issues.
  • Manage the entire garment manufacturing process, including merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, packing, and delivery.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, merchandising, and supply chain management to stay on the right track.
  • Oversee raw material procurement in collaboration with merchandising and marketing, negotiating with suppliers and arranging logistics.
  • Train and monitor the marketing and merchandising team to achieve the company’s goals and targets
