Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records using modern accounting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting processes using ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or Xero.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis.

• Prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh TDS, VAT, Tax regulations, and audit processes.

• Oversee employee payroll, attendance, overtime, final settlements, and statutory/audit filings.
