Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounting operations by verifying expense reimbursements and payments, maintaining supporting documents, and completing finance-related tasks within deadlines and internal standards.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and manage financial transactions using accounting software.

• Process and disburse employee payments, including TA/DA, salaries, and bonuses.

• Assist with tax audits, tax return preparation, and annual budgeting.

• Record and analyze asset, liability, revenue, and expense transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Maintain the general ledger, transfer subsidiary account balances, prepare trial balances, and reconcile accounting entries.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, factory visits, and inventory counts.

• Collect, record, and update information on annual membership subscription payments.

• Manage petty cash and maintain records of daily financial transactions.

• Prepare required financial reports and submit them to the appropriate authorities within the specified deadlines.
