Prior experience in the Garments or Garment Accessories industry is required.
Proficiency in accounting software with solid knowledge of Accounts, VAT, and Tax.
Must be diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and time management abilities.
Capable of working independently and under pressure.
Responsible for managing accounts and overall financial activities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare routine financial reports.
Ability to manage large volumes of data and perform accounting functions effectively.
Skilled in accounting data entry, finance/accounts operations, and account management.
Perform accurate data entry across all levels of company accounting.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements, manage banking operations, and maintain all bank transactions.
Handle petty cash, cash book, ledger book, and maintain proper records and registers.
Prepare and verify all types of bills, vouchers, and journal entries in compliance with regulations.
Conduct petty cash and stock reconciliation.
Monitor fund flow and ensure reconciliation of bank accounts.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
