Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead, manage, and oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Monitor general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial records.
Ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts, handling all bank-related tasks.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget reports, and provide analyses for management decision-making.
Oversee month-end closing processes, including reports, schedules, payments, and receipts.
Manage budgets across departments, projects, and grants.
Maintain all aspects of VAT, tax compliance, and inventory records for the organization.
Supervise preparation of tax returns and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations, including banking relationships and cash handling.
Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
