Responsibilities & Context

  •  Perform computer operator duties using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Prepare reports related to computer-based information technology services.
  • Maintain all types of accounting records, including vouchers, cash book, bank book, and general ledger, and prepare accounts as required.
  • Prepare necessary documents, reports, and statements as needed.
  • Handle trial balance preparation and develop understanding of chart of accounts, vouchers, and trial balance analysis.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports according to requirements.
  • Conduct field visits to collect data and documents as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Learn and follow guidance provided by the supervisor for skill development.
  • Perform data entry tasks, general office work, and related administrative duties.
