Responsibilities & Context

Silver Edge IT is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining excellent service quality.
 
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain communication with US-based clients
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely task completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain reports, documentation, and client updates
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle escalations and provide solutions efficiently
