• Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and standard practices.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other key financial documents.
• Manage daily accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank statements regularly and monitor overall cash flow.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain and update accounting records in line with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP or similar) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) efficiently.
