Maintain factory-based financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger specific to the factory's operations.
Process and manage invoices, payments, and factory-related financial transactions.
Reconcile factory-specific Accounts and manage petty cash for factory operations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for factory management.
Monitor factory expenses and control factory budgets to prevent overspending.
Coordinate with the finance department at the head office to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.
Handle factory VAT, tax issues, and compliance with Bangladesh financial regulations specific to factory operations.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data for the factory.
