Responsibilities & Context

  • Create and process invoices.
  • Verify invoices against payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable for the company.
  • Send bills and invoices to clients.
  • Track and monitor organizational expenses.
  • Process refunds efficiently.
  • Coordinate with collection agencies for overdue payments.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Handle both accounts payable and receivable tasks, depending on the role.
  • Address account inquiries from both internal and external sources.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure timely payment of company financial obligations, such as credit cards.
  • Conduct internal audits of financial activities as needed.
  • Review incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy.
