Experience


  • 2 Year

  •  2+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable
  • BBA (Finance/Accounting)/Partly ACCA
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized and detailed manner
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Experience in QuickBook is a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Adaptive learner and ability to stay on track and focused
  • Ability to meet strict accounting deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger and bank reconciliation

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain current and accurate customer wise records such as master customer information and terms of business, maintain recovery related database, posting payment entry and collecting proper mushak challan 6.6. and certificate of Tax deduction at source on timely manner
  • Daily Customer transaction and Bill and Payment reconciliation
  • Assist in reconciliation of trip wise Invoice and payment.
  • Ensure necessary documentation on Revenue, VAT and AIT related issues
  • To coordinate with team and communication with customers regarding Trade receivable, VAT and AIT certificate collection on time
  • To prepare Trip-wise/ Invoice daily and monthly VAT Statement when necessary
  • Any other task assigned by management or tram head regarding Customs and VAT & Tax related issues
