Responsibilities & Context

As the Activity Manager for vivo Bangladesh, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the visibility and market reach of our products in the Dhaka North Region, including Manikganj, Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur, Narsingdi, and Tangail. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for planning, executing, and managing activities that enhance brand engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Strategically plan and organize brand shop activities to strengthen customer engagement within the Dhaka North Region.
  • Execute both large-scale and small-scale events to boost product promotion and elevate brand presence.
  • Lead the launch of new product activities, ensuring flawless execution and impactful outcomes.
  • Design and implement sales-driven promotional activities to achieve sell-out targets.
  • Prepare and present a comprehensive monthly activity plan that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and effective execution of all activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of activities, offering insights for improvement and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in activity/event management, ideally within the consumer electronics or retail sector.
  • Exceptional skills in planning, organization, and execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
