  • in any discipline,Preferably any diploma or training on Quality Assurance / Control from any reputed institute;

  • Incumbents those who have work experience in the garments/Knit industry will get preferences;
  • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of the zero defect concept
  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
  • Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities;
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

Responsibilities & Context

  • Quality Standards & Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce quality standards based on individual buyer requirements.
  • Provide quality guidelines for each department and process within the factory.
  • Product Development & Sampling:
  • Oversee quality aspects during product development and sampling stages.
  • Ensure samples meet buyer specifications before proceeding to bulk production.
  • Audits & Pre-Production:
  • Prepare audit reports on fabric and trims quality.
  • Conduct pre-production meetings and ensure compliance with quality protocols.
  • Process Improvement & Error Resolution:
  • Apply Root-Cause Analysis tools to identify and resolve quality issues at every production stage.
  • Analyze quality reports and develop improvement plans to enhance product consistency.
  • Training & Awareness:
  • Educate employees and shop floor workers on quality expectations and best practices.
  • Promote a clean and organized workplace, including storage and shipping areas.
  • Buyer Communication & Coordination:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with buyers’ QC personnel.
  • Ensure buyer expectations are met through proactive quality management.
