Provide comprehensive administrative assistance across departments, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling meetings or appointments.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems, including contracts, invoices, and project records, for easy retrieval.
Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and visitors, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist the HR department with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and organizing events or training sessions.
Support finance functions by handling invoicing, expense processing, and account reconciliation.
Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives assigned by management.
Act as Assistant to the Managing Director, managing scheduling, correspondence, meetings, and confidential tasks with discretion.
