Role Overview

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of PalmPay Bangladesh, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, cost optimization, and a well-organized workplace environment.

This role covers comprehensive administrative responsibilities, including office operations, vendor management, facilities oversight, procurement coordination, employee services, and dormitory management.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Supervise and manage overall administrative activities across offices and business units in Bangladesh.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including management of facilities, utilities, and office services.
  • Develop, update, and implement administrative policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.

Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Manage vendor selection, onboarding, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendor compliance.
  • Ensure cost-efficient procurement of office supplies and services.

Facilities & Office Management

  • Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance, security, transportation, and logistics.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate office setup, relocation, expansion, and renovation activities.

Dormitory & Employee Support

  • Manage dormitory operations, including accommodation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper living conditions and compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support services to enhance employee welfare.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets.
  • Track expenses and implement effective cost-control strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise the admin team by setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in administration or facilities management.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in fintech, telecommunications, or multinational organizations will be preferred.
