Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and schedule consultations with visa consultants, managing calendars and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain client files.
  • Maintain detailed records of client applications, processing times.
  • Process client payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
  • Assist client with form completion, document submission and other application-related queries.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
