Additional Requirements

Fluency in English both written & spoken.
Good Communication skill through phone calls.

Knowledge of IELTS or other English qualifications is preferred.

Counsellors should have industry related accreditation or certificates like CCEA, PIER, British council certification or related.

Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a competitive environment.

Willingness to take responsibility as well as challenges with commitment and honesty.

Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer.

Responsibilities & Context

Providing Education Counselling to students and guardians for study abroad Provide them information about Universities/Colleges, Course/Fees, Admissions, Visa procedures etc.
Manage the entire student admission process, including inquiries, applications, and enrollment procedures.
Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc
Researching different university websites and finding the best options for students. - Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities.
SOP writing Instruction & Team Leading sometimes.
Set and work towards targets, collaborating with the conversion team to meet and exceed goals.
Perform any task assigned by the management
