Additional Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency

Exceptional Communication: MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH, both written and spoken, for clear and professional client interactions.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate solutions and contracts that benefit both the client and the company.
Empathy & Active Listening: A customer-centric mindset to understand and address client needs effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
Technical Skills
Reporting and Analytics: Strong ability to use Google Sheets/ MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot or similar, preferred but not required.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate management
Experience in the Pay Per Call, CPL, CPA, CPS industry is highly preferred.

Physical Demands:

Ability to work for extended periods on a computer.
No significant physical demands beyond typical office work.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with affiliates.
Serve as the main point of contact, addressing affiliates needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

Affiliate Satisfaction:

Ensure affiliate expectations are met by coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality services.
Regularly gather affiliate feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.

Problem Resolution:

Address affiliate issues or complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges before they escalate.

Affiliate Program Management:

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates to expand the network.
Build strong relationships with affiliates to ensure retention and engagement.
Negotiate competitive commission structures and payout terms with affiliates.

Campaign Optimization:

Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., conversions, click-through rates, and ROI) to ensure optimal performance
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and brand guidelines across all affiliate campaigns.
Monitor program success and generate performance reports.
Market Analysis and Strategy
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, networks, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve affiliate acquisition and retention.
Probation Period: We have a one month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary. Upon successful completion of your probation period you will be paid the full salary.
