Oversee the organization’s overall administrative functions and day-to-day operations.
Develop, implement, and update administrative policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Ensure smooth office management, facilities operations, and compliance with company rules and decorum.
Supervise office support staff, drivers, security personnel, and housekeeping teams.
Coordinate recruitment logistics, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Monitor attendance, leave records, duty rosters, and overtime.
Support HR in performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
Ensure government and regulatory compliance, including Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, Environmental regulations, etc.
