✔ Strong understanding of fabric processing, washing techniques, and production workflows
✔ Proven experience in supplier negotiation and global sourcing strategies
✔ Proficiency in ERP/PLM systems along with strong command of Microsoft Office tools
✔ Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Bangla) for effective coordination with local and international stakeholders
✔ Familiarity with key compliance and ethical standards such as BSCI, WRAP, and SEDEX
✔ Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for fabrics and accessories, ensuring a diversified and reliable supplier base.
✔ Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and international suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships and performance standards.
✔ Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining product quality, compliance, and sustainability requirements.
✔ Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and global supply chain risks to support informed sourcing decisions.
✔ Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier terms to align with production schedules and business goals.
✔ Analyze key cost drivers such as fabrics, trims, logistics, and currency fluctuations to optimize expenses.
✔ Implement cost-saving strategies and value engineering initiatives to improve overall efficiency.
✔ Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
✔ Ensure timely availability of raw materials to avoid production delays.
✔ Manage inventory levels effectively to prevent overstocking or shortages.

✔ Ensure all materials comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., RSL, GRS).
