Additional Requirements
- Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in interior project management.
- Prior experience in an AGM or senior leadership position is preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully handling large-scale interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with interior design tools like SketchUp and 3ds Max will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
Responsibilities & Context

Manage interior fit-out and renovation projects from initial planning through final handover.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Supervise on-site interior works to maintain quality and compliance with specifications.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within the approved budget.

Guide and supervise junior engineers, designers, and site personnel.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.

Prepare project progress reports and presentations for senior management.
