• Develop a dealer channel business strategy that aligns with segment priorities, and create an implementation plan with measurable outcomes, including branch credit analysis.
• Reduce existing credit limits while establishing mutually beneficial business arrangements.
• Support sales personnel with administrative and control functions, provide leadership and training, and demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge for sales promotion.
• Monitor dealer channel business performance (individual dealer sales and credit analysis) and adjust key priorities based on performance outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for growth, new dealer channel investments, and conduct competitor sales analysis.
• Organize dealer sales operations, monitor sales against targets, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
• Prepare and manage the dealer channel business budget, focusing on minimizing expenses while increasing market share for individual products through effective product mixing.
• As the Dealer Channel Business Manager, ensure monthly/quarterly sales growth and strive to gain a competitive advantage that exceeds high standards and service levels.
• Ensure profitability within the dealer channel business, maintain strong communication with key and potential dealers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for dishonored or problematic dealer analysis.
• Address dealer complaints and handle issues based on dealer and product criteria, providing feedback to improve services and ensuring team coordination.
• Conduct competitive product comparisons, gain in-depth product knowledge, and perform SWOT analysis to enhance strategic decision-making.
