Job Responsibilities
Formulate and review strategies, plans, and policies for Feed Sales & Marketing.
Maintain effective communication with dealers/distributors, farmers, and the Sales & Marketing team.
Monitor sales trends, develop market plans, and prepare annual sales forecasts.
Organize annual, biannual, and monthly dealer/distributor conferences and coordination meetings.
Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to increase feed sales.
Introduce innovative ideas and strategies to enhance Sales & Marketing performance.
Build strong teams to achieve targets and evaluate competitor activities and feed performance.
Explore new markets while strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management/supervisors.
