• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to visualize and report data to stakeholders.
• Understanding of IoT applications in construction, such as sensor monitoring, material tracking, and safety.
• Proficiency in managing SQL or NoSQL databases for storing and retrieving project data.
• Experience with integrating data from multiple sources (ERP, IoT, BIM) for comprehensive insights.
• Knowledge of APIs to integrate construction software and systems.
• Familiar with MDM solutions to support field teams using mobile devices on-site.
• Experience with tools for remote access, teleconferencing, and real-time collaboration for dispersed teams.
• Manage relationships with software providers and service vendors to ensure smooth IT system operation.
• Ability to work with engineers, project managers, and departments to meet technical requirements.
• Awareness of the latest tech trends in construction, such as AI, AR/VR for site simulation, and blockchain for contract management.
