• Line Loading Plan (T&A): Develop and manage the line loading plan for confirmed and projected orders to ensure effective production scheduling.
• Production Capacity Forecasting: Collaborate with the merchandising department to confirm orders and forecast production capacity, conducting both monthly and yearly analysis across all factories.
• Order Allocation: Allocate orders to factories based on their capacity, ensuring that each order runs according to the shipment plan and meets the shipment date.
• Cross-department Communication: Maintain effective communication with factory production teams and other departments to ensure smooth production from yarn procurement to shipment.
• Raw Material Coordination: Work closely with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure timely and reliable delivery of in-house raw materials, avoiding delays.
• Order Status Monitoring: Regularly communicate with the merchandising team about the current order status and any issues, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Production Status Tracking: Gather and analyze the production status from all units, taking necessary actions to ensure production is in line with the plan.
• Capacity Planning & Profitability: Ensure accurate and optimal capacity planning that focuses on cost reduction while enhancing profitability.
• Zero Air Freight Target: Design and implement an effective production plan to avoid air freight and meet the shipment targets.
• Shipment Tracking: Follow up on weekly shipment progress to ensure that planned quantities are achieved according to the production targets.
• Subcontracting/Inter-Company Coordination: Analyze subcontracting and inter-company capacity and production plans for knitting, ensuring alignment with buyer requirements.
• Production Status Monitoring: Continuously track production status, identifying any discrepancies with the plan. If deviations occur, perform root cause analysis and provide quick solutions to ensure smooth operations and order execution.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with the Merchandising department, production teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.
• Embellishment Order Follow-up: Oversee and follow up on embellishment orders, taking necessary actions for their timely execution.
• Budget Achievement: Monitor and follow up on achieving company budget targets and ensure alignment with the yearly production plan.
• Decision Making: Make prompt decisions to ensure the smooth operation of production based on requirements and priorities.
• SMV/SAM Review: Regularly check with the IE department regarding SMV (Standard Minute Value) and SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) for running styles as per the agreed plan.
• Crisis Management: Communicate immediately with management in case of urgent or critical production issues, taking swift action to resolve the situation.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure the successful implementation of production and shipment plans.
