- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices for AI ethics in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence, with a passion for driving innovation in healthcare. In this role, you will develop and deploy machine learning models that enhance our healthcare products, leading to improved diagnoses, better patient outcomes, and increased workflow efficiency.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to power healthcare products and services.
- Collaborate with product managers and healthcare professionals to identify AI use cases that improve patient care and streamline operational workflows.
- Process, analyze, and interpret complex medical data, including patient records, imaging, and clinical reports.
- Develop AI-driven systems for predictive analytics, diagnostics, and personalized healthcare recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into Lifeplus BD’s software applications.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML advancements and their applications in healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for AI/ML models.
- Test, validate, and continuously refine model performance to ensure accuracy and reliability in a medical setting.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to other members of the engineering team.
