A BBA or MBA degree from a reputable university.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in aviation, air cargo, or logistics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Capable of working efficiently with both internal teams and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in data analysis and visualization for effective reporting.
Design and execute sales plans to achieve cargo revenue and volume goals.
Perform routine client visits and oversee daily cargo sales operations.
Work closely with airline principals on matters related to pricing, space allocation, and service quality.
Manage cargo bookings and maximize use of available capacity.
Collaborate with airport teams to coordinate cargo acceptance and operational workflows.
Ensure all shipment data is accurately entered into the airline system prior to departure.
Monitor compliance, documentation, and cargo handling processes at the airport.
Track shipments and provide excellent customer support throughout the delivery cycle.
Oversee timely payments, documentation, and fund transfers to airline principals.
Analyze performance against set KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
Build and maintain effective relationships with interline carriers, ground handling agents, and regulatory bodies.
