Determine the optimal software architecture based on system specifications and design requirements.
Evaluate and analyze software requirements to define solution parameters and technical specifications.
Deliver training sessions to build the capacity of PPA MIS Officers and end users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Organize and lead client workshops to gather requirements, applying a deep understanding of the business environment to define client needs.
Contribute to strategic project planning and implementation methodologies at a high level.
Oversee the functional design process and facilitate collaborative design discussions.
Define, negotiate, and manage the functional scope of the project to minimize both technical and business-related risks.

Prepare and organize accurate master data (e.g., assets, vendors, customers) for system integration.
Ensure seamless execution of software integration and implementation from start to finish.
Support finance and accounting teams during period-end closings and resolve any related issues quickly.
Work closely with implementation and technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Review and assess existing laws, policies, and procedures to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with business requirements.
