  • Expertise in 2D and 3D Modeling: Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Facade Design and Architectural Materials: Essential understanding of materials and facade design principles.
  • Solid Commercial Acumen: Sound knowledge of commercial aspects.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Professional and effective communicator.
  • Detail-Oriented with Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: High attention to detail with a focus on resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Project Oversight and In-Depth Design: Ability to create detailed shop drawings with extensive design expertise and knowledge of raw materials.
  • Provide Initial and Final Cost Estimates: Prepare comprehensive project budgets, timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with Architects/Engineers: Facilitate effective communication for seamless project execution.
  • Prepare Project BOQ and Schedules: Develop work schedules, material requisitions, quality control for materials, and ensure quality standards in execution.
  • Manage End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee all aspects of design and project management from inception to completion, including bill submission.
