Additional Requirements


  • Additionally, a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, is required.
Experience in the following sectors is also essential:
  • Engineering Firms

  • AutoCAD, ETABS, BIM Modeling
  • Construction of Residential, Commercial, and High-Rise Projects

Responsibilities & Context

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they align with the company's vision of creating luxurious, sustainable living spaces.
  • Design Review: Create and evaluate architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with consultants to ensure design goals, timelines, and project requirements are aligned.
  • Documentation: Share and review architectural plans, blueprints, and other related documentation with relevant teams.
  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on designs or proposals to consultants, ensuring they meet the project's vision and standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges or changes during the project, such as material shortages, design adjustments, or client requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and offer expert guidance on modifications and improvements.
  • Technology Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies to ensure they meet organizational standards and strategic objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and others to create detailed architectural designs and visualizations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RAJUK building standards, Jolshiri Enlisted guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide architects within the organization, promoting best practices in architectural design and implementation.
