Manage project and construction activities, ensuring effective monitoring and coordination.
Prepare detailed measurements, layout plans, drawings, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and related design software.
Develop design concepts and complete working drawing sets for contractors.
Create detailed drawings for landscaping, decorative features, and interior/exterior elements.
Visit project sites regularly and supervise work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Revise and update plans during construction when modifications are required.
Prepare design specifications, material lists, finish schedules, door/window details, cost estimates, and construction timelines.
Coordinate with architects, review technical drawings, and forward for construction approval.
Maintain proper documentation of residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.
Assist and coordinate with Project Engineers and relevant team members.
Participate in design development, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
Communicate closely with site teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Prepare and maintain design-related reports and documentation.
Support sample collection, verification, and delivery when needed.
Supervise all ongoing projects at the top level and ensure timely updates.
Monitor weekly plans, checklists, and project progress reports.
