Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an Architect for the Design Development department who possesses strong communication skills, a passion for finding creative and innovative solutions, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely execution of design tasks.
  • Develop architectural concept designs and provide guidance to the 3D team for creating 3D perspective designs for specific projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare designs and drawings for individual projects within set deadlines.
  • Produce detailed working drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper implementation of designs and drawings, addressing design-related issues that arise during construction, in collaboration with the site engineer.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as structural engineers and construction heads, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare architectural plans, elevations, and detailed drawings in compliance with the current rules and standards of RAJUK and other relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor the execution of design and drawings for ongoing construction projects.
