Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
Smart, honest, and professional personality.
Energetic, active, and self-motivated with strong organizational and management skills.
Preference for candidates residing in Dhaka West.
Willingness to participate in land sales and marketing activities if required.
Preference given to graduates from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design projects.
Design & Planning:
Lead architectural and interior design projects, creating detailed technical drawings and plans.
Specialize in Interior Design projects, including residential and commercial spaces.
Conduct site analyses and develop optimized space plans.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop interior design concepts, schemes, and overall visual aesthetics.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on building projects.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Architectural Design & Construction Oversight:
Design buildings and structures, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Prepare comprehensive plans, blueprints, and construction documents.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Oversee budgeting and cost management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
