Architect (Assistant Manager equivalent)

✔ Age: 25 to 35 years.

✔ Registered Architect (IAB Registration) or actively pursuing professional licensure will be preferred.

✔ Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural design and construction documentation.

✔ Good understanding of RAJUK regulations, BNBC, local zoning laws, building codes, and construction standards.

✔ Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, space planning, construction methodologies, and material specifications.

Job Context

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to support the planning, design, and execution of architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, construction documentation, coordinating with consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring project execution to deliver high-quality projects within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare conceptual architectural designs, space planning, layout plans, RAJUK submission drawings, and detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.

✔ Develop architectural working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for residential, commercial, and interior projects.

✔ Review and verify project layouts during construction to ensure execution is carried out according to approved architectural designs and specifications.

✔ Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify design-related issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

✔ Ensure all projects comply with RAJUK regulations, BNBC, local zoning laws, building codes, and other applicable statutory requirements.

✔ Coordinate with external consultants, structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

✔ Assist in preparing project cost estimates, material specifications, BOQs, and value engineering recommendations.

✔ Monitor project costs and ensure selected materials, finishes, and construction activities remain within approved budget limits.

✔ Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design intent and project standards.

✔ Maintain accurate project documentation, drawing revisions, and design records throughout the project lifecycle.

✔ Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality, functionality, and design excellence.

✔ Perform any other architectural, design, or project-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
