Education

Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), in Building Architecture

Experience

Additional Requirements

Experience in Real Estate.
Previous experience as an Architect in a consultancy firm or organization is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong technical drawing skills
SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D rendering
Strong creative and visualization abilities

Responsibilities & Context

Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Manage design projects from concept to completion
Develop and present project proposals
Adjust designs based on client feedback
Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Conduct research on project feasibility and environmental impact
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Manage project teams and collaborate with other professionals
Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials for client meetings
Collect and maintain an updated database of building and interior material samples
