Education:
Diploma or B.Sc. in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Professional training in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, D5, etc., is a plus.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply).
Prior experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Revit, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of materials, lighting, architectural detailing, and MEP layouts.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong English proficiency with the ability to interact professionally with clients and clearly present design concepts.
Architectural Design & Drafting:
Develop architectural concept plans, elevations, and sections based on design requirements.
Produce detailed working drawings, including structural, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts.
Ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with architectural standards.
3D Modeling & Visualization:
Build detailed 3D models of interiors and exteriors from 2D plans.
Create high-quality, photorealistic renders with accurate materials and lighting.
Produce animations and walkthroughs for client presentations.
Optimize scenes for efficient rendering performance.
Manage render passes and perform basic post-processing using Photoshop or similar software.
