  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • An MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within service, telecommunications, FMCG, or IT sectors.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership position.
  • Strong background in B2B and corporate sales will be highly preferred.
  • Candidates should have prior experience in IT-enabled service industries.
  • Overall, a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven leadership capabilities with effective team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Good understanding of local market dynamics within assigned regions.
  • Expertise in service and solution-based sales through an omni-channel approach.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee and coordinate sales activities across designated districts within the division.
  • Accelerate revenue growth by strengthening B2B, B2C, and corporate sales channels.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Corporate Sales Executives (CSEs).
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and business partners.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion prospects.
  • Track sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure optimal team productivity.
  • Drive the team to consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective campaign implementation and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales results, forecasts, and market trends.
