- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the lighting industry or related field. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to set and achieve sales targets, both individually and as a team. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area. - Having own motorcycle and laptop/tab is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in sales.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company objectives within the assigned area.

- Identify key market segments, target customers, and growth opportunities to drive sales growth and market penetration.

- Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.

2. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales personnel to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

3. Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and take proactive measures to address issues and capitalize on opportunities.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, tactics, and resource allocation.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the assigned area.

- Understand customer needs, preferences, and main points, and proactively address them to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

5. Market Research and Business Development:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors' activities.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area through prospecting, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and launch new products, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales growth.

6. Sales Forecasting and Budget Management:

- Forecast sales volumes and develop action plans to achieve them, aligning with overall company objectives and targets.

- Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to optimize profitability and return on investment.

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial targets.

7. Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and updates for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

- Effectively communicate key insights, initiatives, and action plans to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
