Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B or sales, preferably within the Bakery, Food Ingredients, or HoReCa sector.
Good understanding of bakery production processes and product applications is an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth for Bakery & HoReCa products such as cheese, premixes, dairy cream, toppings, and bakery ingredients.
Regularly visit commercial bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and hotels to promote and demonstrate products including bread & cake premixes, yeast, glazes, sauces, etc.
Understand specific client requirements and recommend tailored product solutions for application and recipe development.
Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth product flow and delivery of bakery-focused SKUs.
Conduct market research and provide insights on product performance, pricing trends, and competitor activities related to cheese, cream, and premix products.
Offer technical support, samples, and application guidance to new and existing clients in the bakery and HoReCa segment.
Maintain accurate sales reports and visit logs while providing valuable market intelligence.
Ensure post-sales support and foster long-term customer relationships within assigned territories.
