Key Responsibilities:

Financial:

• Identify target markets and develop new business to grow the portfolio, enhance growth opportunities, and increase wallet share of existing clients.

• Expand the customer base within the Premium Banking segment.

• Achieve targets related to assets and liabilities as defined in the job objectives.

• Leverage cross-selling opportunities effectively.

• Engage with customers and prospects to explore sales opportunities.

• Manage deposit and asset attrition.

• Strengthen client relationships to grow branch share of wallet and maximize revenue.

• Support digital adoption and activation among assigned customers.

• Collaborate with business channels and clients to minimize NPLs.

• Ensure top-level customer retention.

Compliance:

• Maintain proper operational processes in line with internal and external policies.

• Ensure local regulatory requirements are adhered to and monitored effectively.

• Manage business risks and controls efficiently.

Service Quality:

• Deliver high-quality service to Premium Banking clients.

• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.

Operations:

• Foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

• Coordinate and assist in regulatory and other audits.

• Submit accurate compliance and risk reports on time.

• Meet transaction processing standards and ensure effective cash management.

• Maintain branch records to ensure audit readiness and a strong audit rating.
