Supporting and leading the ERP development process in consultation with the Software Service.
Managing software embedded in the manufacturing processes for supporting to the production team.
User-based roles and authorization management, Access Control, Compliance and Risk management.
Managing Disaster recovery system and routine backups and recovery in case of failures.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong user service orientation with a patient and approachable attitude.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Sound knowledge of network design and implementation.
At least 5-7 years in ERP support on the manufacturing process.
Having financial knowledge of the above requirements is preferred.
First-Level Support: Act as the initial point of contact for ERP-related issues and requests, addressing them promptly through online platforms or onsite visits.
Issue Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic ERP issues, including data inconsistencies, user errors, and minor configuration adjustments.
User Assistance: Assist end-users in navigating ERP functionalities and offer training on basic operations and features.
System Maintenance: Conduct routine system checks, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
Escalation: Recognize issues that require advanced technical expertise and escalate them to the appropriate team, ensuring thorough documentation.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of issues, resolutions, and system changes, maintaining clear and accessible documentation for future reference.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to resolve recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
Updates and Enhancements: Support the deployment of system updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal disruption to users.
User Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback to the development team to improve system functionality and user experience.
Onsite Support: Provide direct support during ERP system implementations, upgrades, and migrations to ensure seamless transitions.
