Former Commercial Managers or Senior Managers will be given preference.
Oversee all operations related to Customs Bond, including preparing for and participating in the annual Customs Bond audit for garment accessories
Ensure timely preparation and submission of Utilization Permission (UP)
Handle Bond License renewals and amendments as well as general bond renewals, maintaining communication with customs authorities as needed
Support all commercial and customs-related activities, ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate records in accordance with customs and bond regulations
Manage all commercial banking activities, including documentation for exports, imports, and related transactions
Coordinate with shipping lines and C&F agents to ensure timely release of goods
Review and verify all shipping documents, with a strong understanding of bond licensing, import/export procedures, and UP applications
Monitor banking policies and activities, including imports under EDF (Export Development Fund) facilities
Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management
