  • Familiarity with:
    • Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Project management methodologies

Technical Skills

  • Programming knowledge in:
    • PHP
    • .NET
    • React
  • Basic understanding of:
    • SQL
    • Data analysis (preferred)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Visio / other diagramming tools

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the team. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, document requirements, support project implementation, and ensure smooth post-implementation operations.

The position requires strong analytical skills, communication ability, and experience in preparing business requirement documentation and managing project-related activities.


Key Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis & Documentation

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) as needed.
  • Create process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and workflow documentation.
  • Conduct requirement validation sessions to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to collect requirements and resolve issues.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.

Project Implementation Support

  • Support end-to-end project implementation activities.
  • Work with development teams to clarify requirements and track progress.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execution, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor timelines and identify risks and dependencies.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Provide post-deployment support and assist in issue resolution.
  • Collect user feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operational usage.
  • Assist in preparing enhancement and change requests.

Reporting & Project Tracking

  • Prepare project status reports and progress updates for management.
  • Monitor project milestones and maintain documentation.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports.
  • Support management with analytical reports and presentations.
