Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise and monitor the CRM team to ensure timely and accurate responses across all social media platforms.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth workflow management.
  • Track website orders and oversee the resolution of customer issues related to e-commerce sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive e-commerce growth.
  • Foster team building, training, and skill development to achieve departmental goals.
  • Prepare daily reports and track target achievements.
  • Solve customer-centric problems efficiently and maintain high service standards.
  • Communicate with delivery vendors and manage complaints and return lists.
  • Ensure the clearance of processing and on-hold orders.
  • Address and resolve executive-level issues and pending problems.
  • Lead the formulation of CRM strategies and provide input on sales incentives and KPIs.
