The role involves managing the daily operations of an IATA-accredited travel agency, handling both air ticketing and corporate travel services, while ensuring compliance with IATA regulations and providing high-quality service to individual and corporate clients.
Oversee the daily operations of an IATA-accredited travel agency.
Operate BSP & BSPlink independently, including ADM/ACM processing.
Handle air ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds, ensuring compliance with IATA rules, resolutions, and procedures.
Manage international air ticketing and hotel bookings for individual travelers, corporate clients, and senior management.
Coordinate bulk corporate bookings and liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
Provide personalized travel solutions for VIP clients and the management board.
Maintain strong relationships with airlines, travel partners, and vendors, assisting in fare negotiations, contracts, and special deals for corporate travelers.
Stay updated on visa regulations, airline policies, travel restrictions, and promotional offers.
Provide accurate fare quotations to ensure the best value for customers.
Address inquiries regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and visa requirements.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain transaction records and management reports accurately.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and the local language.
Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.
Experience with OTA platforms is an additional advantage.
