Experience
Support the implementation of operational and production plans involving key factory systems such as gas generators, substations, ETP/WWTP, WTP, HVAC systems, compressors, and vacuum units.
Supervise and assist in planning both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted performance of machinery, utilities, and production lines.
Collaborate with the plant manager to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Maintain shift-wise and daily production logs, analyze downtime, and record consumption of raw materials and energy.
Coordinate engineering-related projects and manage third-party contractors under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ARC (Annual Rate Contracts).
Handle all fire safety and electrical system responsibilities, including facility installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Develop and oversee work plans for electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervise installations, and ensure timely, documented scheduled servicing.
Supervise all electro-mechanical operations, ensuring effective and safe electrical maintenance activities.
Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns for equipment like batching plants, generators, transformers, E-Cranes, and water pumps.
Identify equipment issues and communicate with the production team for prompt resolution.
Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and devices, maintaining proper test documentation.
Adhere to standard procedures for operations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, as well as ACCORD, ALLIANCE, and environmental, quality, and occupational health & safety regulations.
