• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and control systems.
• Ensure timely response to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize operational downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Installation and Upgrades:
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical equipment.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades to improve efficiency and performance of electrical systems.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments for electrical installations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and incident reports.
• Provide regular updates to the senior engineer/manager on equipment status and maintenance plans.
