Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize both internal and customer-facing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in server administration, virtualization, cloud and hosting environments, network monitoring, disaster recovery, and enterprise system management.

đš IT Infrastructure & Server Administration
- Proactively manage, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot internal and customer-facing IT infrastructure and servers
- Ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patch management, and system optimization activities
đš Microsoft & Linux System Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft server environments and services
- Manage Linux-based systems including:
- CentOS
- Ubuntu
- Debian
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and stability of operating systems and applications
đš High Availability & Disaster Recovery
- Implement and manage high-availability solutions for mission-critical services
- Configure and maintain:

- Manage websites, hosting accounts, domains, and workspace environments

- Configure and maintain:
- Active Directory (AD)
- Exchange Server

- Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and security policies
đš Monitoring & Performance Management
- Monitor system performance and infrastructure health using:
- Perform advanced log analysis and network traffic monitoring using:
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective measures

- Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery solutions
- Ensure regular backup of:

- System configurations
